Terms of Service

This is basic operational and commercial policy text written for clarity. It is not legal advice. If you need legal counsel, please consult a qualified attorney.

1. What you receive

MyGuest creates a digital welcome book for your vacation rental. Your guide includes:

Delivery is via secure email link sent to the address used at checkout.

2. Delivery timeline

We aim to deliver your completed guide within 3–5 business days after you submit the completed information form. This is a manually reviewed service — delivery is not instant. Timelines may vary if submitted materials need clarification or if you upload files that require manual extraction.

3. Your responsibility

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about your property. MyGuest formats and presents the information you provide. We are not responsible for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in information submitted by the host.

If incorrect information is provided and a correction is needed, the included correction round covers one revision cycle.

4. Corrections

One free correction round is included with every guide. You may request corrections using the link provided in your delivery email. The correction link is single-use.

Additional correction rounds outside the original scope — or requests for significant content changes — may require an extra fee. We will communicate any additional cost before proceeding.

Corrections are reviewed and applied manually. They are not instant.

5. Uploaded files and materials

If you upload files (PDF, Word, Canva exports, photos, or screenshots), we use them to extract information for your guide. Uploaded files may be stored temporarily during the production process. We do not share your files with third parties.

If files require manual review, delivery may take additional time. You will be notified if this applies.

6. Private information

WiFi passwords, access codes, door codes, and private host contact information are stored securely in an encrypted system separate from the public website. They are delivered only through a private, token-protected link and are never published on the public page of your guide.

7. Data deletion

To request deletion of your data (guide content and private details), email hello@myguestguide.com with your property name and the email address used at checkout. Requests are processed within 30 days.

8. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

9. Support

For questions or issues, contact us at hello@myguestguide.com. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing language

In case of conflict between versions of these Terms in different languages, the English version governs.
