Is this AI automatic?
Not yet. During early access, materials are reviewed and set up manually so we can keep the guide accurate and protect private details.
What information is private?
WiFi passwords, access codes and private host contact details are handled through a private guest link, not published on the public page.
How long does delivery take?
We aim to deliver your guide within 3–5 business days after you submit the completed form. This is a manually reviewed service — not instant.
What if I need changes after delivery?
One free correction round is included. Additional corrections outside the original scope may require a small extra fee.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — if you contact us within 48 hours of payment and have not yet submitted the form. Once production begins, refunds are not available. See our Refund Policy for details.
