Short version: We collect the information you provide to create your guest guide. Private details (WiFi, access codes, host phone) are stored in a secure system separate from the public website and are never published publicly. We do not sell your data.

How we use your data

All information collected is used solely to create, deliver and maintain your welcome book guide. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling or any purpose beyond guide production and support.

Public vs. private data separation

This separation is a core part of how MyGuest protects your guests' experience without exposing sensitive information.

Data retention

We retain your guide data (public and private) for up to 12 months after delivery. After that period, data may be deleted as part of routine cleanup. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

Data deletion requests

To request deletion of your data, email hello@myguestguide.com with your property name and the email address used at checkout. Requests are processed within 30 days.
